RESEARCH AND TESTING
Before any pads is shipped to our customers, randomly selected batches undergo a very strict quality control program.
Before any batch of products is released to the distribution center, it needs to receive a certificate of analysis, which must match entirely with pre-set quality control criteria. After this match is confirmed, random sampling is performed again and the sample selected is sent to a third party lab for testing. This lab will audit the certificate of analysis once again, and then a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) is performed. The FTIR creates an x-ray of the product, which has to match a minimum of 95% of the original specifications before it is released.
